About this space
This 36sqm 1-bedroom condo is part of Citygate, an ultra-modern residence in the heart of Kamala and less than 15’ walk from one of Phuket’s best beaches. It offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and tropical chic. The large windows let a lot of bright tropical light in, while the perfect insulation and aircon keep the space fresh. You can relax in the residence several pools or enjoy the beautiful sunset from the rooftop infinity pool, with stunning views of the mountains and sea.
The space
The living room and bedroom are nicely separated by a glass partition, providing a true sense of space, particularly beneficial to a longer stay. At night, you can draw the curtains for more intimacy. Many of our guests happily extend their holidays here. The living room has a cozy sofa and TV and flows seamlessly into the open kitchen and dining area. The bedroom is comfortable with a king size bed and a private bathroom with rain shower. This is the condo with the best amenities in town, including a renowned health clinic with international doctors.
Guest access
The apartment is 100% yours. You have access to all shared the residence facilities: several swimming pools, a saltwater pool, a rooftop terrace with stunning infinity pool and bar, a fitness center, a spa (extra fee), a breakfast zone (extra fee) and a fully secured car park.
Other things to note
Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included.
Children are welcome. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed.
Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful.
Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the condo (1000 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night.
Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 150 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 200 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
