Charter Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy
We should be notified immediately of any changes or cancellations.
Once received, the cancellation date will be on this day and the following terms will apply:
- Less than 14 days prior to departure date- 50% of full charter fee
- Less than 48 hours prior to departure date- 100% of charter fee
We reserve the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure,
weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or
you will receive a full refund.
