This 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo unit is part of Citygate, the most recent residence in Kamala, just a stone-throw form the lively town center and famed beach. It offers 70 sqm of space with a layout ideal for a family or 2 couples travelling together. The condo offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and tropical chic, the kitchen is nicely equipped. You can enjoy all the resort facilities.
The space
The glass partitions between the bedrooms and living area let natural light flow seamlessly, creating a bright and lively space. The modern materials and full aircon system ensure that the place remains cool at all times. At night, curtains create a cozy intimacy. The living room has a big sofa and smart TV. The kitchen is particularly well designed to cook any kind of meal. This is the condo with the best amenities in town, including a renowned health clinic with international doctors.
Guest access
The apartment is 100% yours. You have access to all shared the residence facilities: several swimming pools, a saltwater pool, a rooftop terrace with stunning infinity pool and bar, a fitness center, a spa (extra fee), a breakfast zone (extra fee) and a fully secured car park.

Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included.
Children are welcome. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed.
Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful.
Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the condo (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night.
Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 120 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 200 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
