The space
Our stunning condo is located on the 2nd floor of the brand-new The Title Phase 3 condominium. Immerse yourself in the experience of improved design, high-quality materials, and enhanced functionality compared to previous projects. A notable highlight is the use of genuine teakwood flooring, adding beauty, luxury, and durability to every corner. The condo features a light-filled bedroom with a large window and a comfortable king-size bed, a beautifully designed bathroom, and a separate living room with a spacious balcony. Guest access
The apartment is 100% yours. You have full access to all of the residence’s amenities, including the shared swimming pool, gym, and car park. There is 24/7 security in place as well.
Other things to note
Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included.
Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request.
We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee.
After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful.
Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the residence (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night.
Electricity is charged at a flat rate of 150 THB/day. There is no other extra charge.
